This object questions the assembly of electronic products : How it may be build with wood tube ? This range of Bluetooth speaker is thought to be assembly and removed easily. The technical parts are united to a rigid elastomer piece and joined to the body of the speaker as a cap. The controls icons are directly engraved on the bamboo and works with a capacitif interruptor in way to simplifying the production of the object avoiding adding unnecessary component . The body of the object is made of 2 pieces of bamboo glued together and then dipped into colored rubber. The dipping allows here to make with the same operation the final assembly and the finishing of the object. Multiple speakers can be synchronized together to operate as a mobile soundsystem.
This range of hair dryers come in the same way that the speakers questioned the assembly of technical elements to the body of an object. In the same logic of make simple junction with the tube all the technical parts and all components are mounted on an elastomeric base who get joined to a hole in the internal junction of the bamboo parts. This hole in the separation and the normalisation of the outside of the bamboo tube are made on the same axe it allows then to have the electronics parts mounted inside the tube and perfectly aligned with the outside. In this way the objects can be easily removed to be fixed or replace a piece. Bamboo is use here as an efficient alternative to plastic by its strength and high heat restistance. Both models get started by an rotary interruptor : The foldable handle model starts by unfold the handle, the fixed handle model starts by rotation of the workpiece at the end of the handle . The necessary information and the brand are directly engrave on the body of the product. The blue model is as the speakers dipped into colored rubber.
