This former sheepfold is built against the slope, with its rear half set into the rock. Combined with the structure’s solid granite walls and under-roof insulation, the troglodyt provides passive temperature regulation, ensuring a stable indoor climate throughout the seasons. From insulation to paint, all materials used in the house’s restoration are bio-based and free of any toxic emissions.
